Nice to Meet You!

Welcome to Boss Merch Co — formerly Boss Teez!

What started with a love for great dogs, pickleball, and an awesome T-shirt has grown into so much more!

We're a female-owned, first responder-owned and operated small business with a passion for creativity, quality, and making people smile. We believe happiness matters, and that great products, personalized service, and fair prices are the perfect recipe for a business you'll love.

From custom T-shirts and our signature LFG Pickleball apparel line to trucker hats, our fun and fabulous Hat Bar, embroidery, laser engraving, UV printing, personalized gifts, and custom signage — we're always finding new ways to bring your ideas to life!

Need something in a hurry? We even offer same-day custom apparel printing on select orders!

At Boss Merch Co, you're more than just an order. We take pride in every product we create, every detail we customize, and every smile we deliver.

Small Business. Big Creativity. Endless Possibilities.

Thanks for supporting our small business. We can't wait to make something amazing for you!
